Speech and Language Evaluation
The Speech and Language Evaluation is the first step to determine eligibility for speech therapy. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) conducts a complete speech and language evaluation to assess the child’s communication skills. An individualized treatment plan is created to work on the child’s communication goals.
Language And Hearing Screening
A hearing screening is an effective and quick tool with a pass/fail rating. A Fail will indicate a child may need a full audiological evaluation by an audiologist.
Language Screening is used to assess the child’s communication skills and whether a full evaluation is recommended.
